Tonight is New Year’s Eve and down here in the Rio Grande Valley, McAllen is showing off by having the Valley’s first New Year’s Eve ball drop –just like the one in New York’s Times Square… you know, only it’s not the coolest place in the world to be on December 31st. Instead, well, maybe it’ll the best place south of San Antonio. Not quite sure but I hope the ball dropping goes perfectly; otherwise I’ll just have a lot to make fun of January 1st.

Personally I won’t be making it out there; instead, I’ll most likely be with family watching half of them get wasted and the other half talk about the most random crap imaginable.

I really have no official plans, and I’ve just asked Max (Mr.Blahatthat himself,) what he’ll be up to and he has no idea either. I’m tempted to tell him we should have a twitter marathon where we @eachother a million times talking about the most random shit possible… it’ll give the night some meaning.  (Only not really.)

So I hope everyone who happens to come across this post has a great night; and hopefully an awesome 2009.
